My Beloved Son
Whisper to me gentle breeze,
tragic loss,
on my knees,
I could not save you,
my beloved son,
I'm left with void,
forever undone,
I searched and searched,
in the dark,
no light of world,
could find that spark,
you were beneath the surface,
in a watery grave,
a monster took my son today,
rest in peace,
little one,
God carried you home,
my beloved son.
