My Beloved Death
My beloved
So warm
So full of life
You stare at me
With your emerald eyes
As I stroke your golden hair
Your arm wrapped around my waist
People walk by
They recognize true love
Thus is jealous
On a rainy night
I call for you
No sound
I came to your house
Only to find
The room has been flooded with red liquid
My eyes wetting with sadness
I ran around the house
Looking, searching, and hoping
Nothing has been touched
Up the stairs I went
I stumbled
But I climbed up
Only to smell smoke
I followed that scent
I found your door open
And I saw you
On fire
Burning alive screaming for help
The flame was destroying your existence
I stand there watching in terror
Scared for life
Suddenly
A wind
A wind strong has the gods
Lifted your body up in the air
Floating
I tried to grab you
But the flames stopped me
Crunch
The last sound I heard
Before I dropped down
Watching your blood pour out of your body
My heart is alive
But I fell like I died
My heart began to rush
Faster and harder
I know what to do now
Revenge
My only satisfying option
