My Beloved Bodyguard
As the day of morn breaking through
Sunrising from the east
Coffee brewing just about done
time to go out on the deck
converse as always
with my bodyguard
Twas as same as always
we done each
early morn..
But this time
Twas quite different
For tis be..
he did not come
As I went unto him..
to where his room tis be
I found him...
my eyes.. my heartful of tears
For all the many many years
Tis man went out of his way
Just to make me happy
to make safe...
Each and everyday...
Tribulations and trials
We all must face...
Never ever knowing
The moment...
We meet our Maker
Face to face....
My Beloved Bodyguard
For tis each day.. still the same
I have coffee .. on the deck
Where we always would be...
Conversing.. and just shooting the breeze
As these days... for I know
Someday we shall meet again
Within Heavens gates..
Come to Jesus
For Time is the essences..
Never know.. when time shall be
Or who first.. will step into eternity..
As my Beloved Bodyguard
Ow.. I do miss him.. deeeply...
