David D'Braunstein Poet Rhyme

My Beloved

I will keep praising JoAnn, MY BELOVED departed wife
Some may think I’m exaggerating as they don’t know our life
But oh contraire to you as you have no clue
For she was far sweeter and more wonderful than my poetic words speak true!
So my poems grieve and weep for she’s now gone from me
She was truly an Angel from Heaven and I loved her passionately!
She was my Florence Nightingale and she saved my life with her love
Our amazing life together was destined from above!
I am eternally grateful for the magical 58 years that we had
And for each and every one I will forever be glad!
