my angry teeth
When I was a child I ate icicles
I broke some teeth.
No biggie.
When I was young I ate peanut brittle.
I ate ribbon candy.
I ate hard rock candy.
I thought I would have teeth forever.
I have a few left.
They are jagged and angry.
I don’t blame them.
