My Angel

My angel is bound and gagged As I still don’t listen for her No matter what she did to warn me I ignored and bound her some more She can’t help me anymore I’ve secured her in a dark room Away from any helpful thoughts And she is completely ignored by me My angel has now been ruined For she is of no help anymore And rendered useless She now turns to pixie dust And floats into heaven rejected Defeated And with a feeling of being useless Never will she help another soul Her powers are gone, forever Nothing can bring her back She has been made worthless What have I done? What have I done? Russell Sivey

I think angels do not go permanently but can go sometimes when we do what irritate them, they return whenever they notice change in us. Never mind Russell, your angel will return soon.Good work my friend.

Gosh Russell. I like the poem, but it is so sad. You have never written anything like this. I don't think you have done anything bad. Only God can give or take powers away. Your Angel will be back. Many blessings always... Lucilla
