My Angel

Underneath a canopy of stars
No matter how far you are
You always hear my cries
Regardless what they are.
Wisdom you offer when life has me guessing.
Your hand you extend when I want to give in.
Always encouraging me to dream
And giving me hell when I go astray.
You showed me who I was and
Taught me about the world I live in.
I miss your hugs and sound of your voice.
The memories we made has an internal flame
by myself looking up at the sky at night
I know you’re my angel guiding my life.
