I have three girlfriends who get a shot in their knees every month, and they all swear by it. I think it is a steroid shot.

No one has suggested a steroid shot yet, but I'm going to talk to my doctor about it.

Nothing worse than arthritic pain, I have a daily spoonful of cod liver oil, it seems to help a bit. Tom

Wow, I hadn't thought of that! My momma used to give us a spoonful of cod liver oil (it seemed daily) when we were growing up. I never knew why. She just said, "Swallow!"

I console myself with the thought that arthritis is God's reminder that there will be no more pain in the not to distant future!
