My 5 Senses

For A moment be me If for just one moment You could be me Look upon yourself Then you’d see You’d understand your value Your worth you’d know If you felt my heart You’d feel my love grow I’ve never put my senses On something quite like you If you had my eyes You’d see it too The touch of your body It brings me alive Your perfect form It must be explored with the senses five If you were me You’d feel the fire as I taste your lips You’d know the inferno As I pulled you close while holding your hips Your skin deep beauty It drives me insane But to sit and listen to you You’d understand there’s much more to gain If from my view you saw your eyes Set upon me, you’d know how it felt You’d see that your gaze It humbles me and makes my soul melt The scent of your hair As you hug me tight and close Those quiet intimate moments Are the ones I love the most With my ears You’d hear the three most beautiful words When you say, “I love You” They’re the most beautiful words I’ve ever heard You couldn’t help but smile as we lay and dream Coming from your mouth They are less impossible Than they seem To see you as I do, you’d understand In each perceived flaw I find perfection It is your beauty I saw My one in ten billion find My best friend I’d marry you in an instant I’d be yours till the end Yes, if you were me And experienced all the things that make you you You’d finally get it You’d understand your beauty too

How beautiful! What an interesting concept too - to temporarily change places and perspectives!
