Must Have Butter

I once saw a UFO; an unidentified flying object. When I told my family, they thought that I was nutty. An object can be anything; even simple butter. When I got up this morning; I wanted toast with butter. When my toast was ready, my butter contained a foreign object. Since peanut butter was all that was left; my task was very nutty. Outside I took my breakfast; coffee and toast so nutty. Across the sky, something glided; as smooth as, melted butter. It was no bird that I saw, but an unidentified flying object. I saw the object; I’m not nutty; and to the store I’ll scurry; I have to have butter!

A scattering of thought across a night sky! Your title made me think of my grandson’s mantra of wanting fried butter..yes, I guess that’s a thing now. Another grand used to just eat butter that had to stop...lol!

I've seen kids do that...what's the attraction? I love butter but, I can't eat it by itself. Thanks again.

Love how you compare butter to a UFO - I would never have thought of it!

Well, they do glide smoothly and are very quiet, like butter. Thanks Michelle.

It's the craving for butter that is causing you to imagine things..kudos for your imagination, M.L.K.
