It as rumours turned to legends
an artwork once seen
none could ever look away
and as the came they stayed
shadows never moved
air was still
wind was stopped
light died upon the contours of the paints
they left the dead
locked in awe
cameras stuck to withered eyes
tears that turned to brittle dust
just one look
i.....
