Music Within Her Soul

The music within her soul
 Gave her joy from the start
 Love completed her, made her whole
  Dwelling serenely within her heart

 Then a melancholy gust began to blow!
 And uprooted the love she once knew
 Soon, her tears began to flow,
 She cried a river, as wistful winds blew

 From these brokenhearted dirges none are immune, 
 Love can bring sorrow or make her glad
  Now, each beat of her heart was out of tune
  Love's beautiful melody had become sad

 Soon, she will be thirsty for love's sweet refrain
 And her heart will take wings and fly
 Love will awaken once again
 For through all eternity, love does not die
