Music From My Heart
Music from my heart
I sit in front of my piano
what should I play
when my heart is sad
it is hard to get the right feelings to sound
the keys feel heavy, and deep
a struggle to play
when my heart is happy
it seems to flow right down to my hands
making my heart sing
sound of light happy notes
fill the air
I could play forever
Music from the heart
sounds so bright
like on
the wings of a dove
the note so sweet
you are my sunshine
plays oh so fine
with toes tapping
my heart is full
when music plays straight from my heart
