Started as a dream
Careful thought
The need to build and develop
Wanting to transform
Muscles being the norm
Softness to hardness
From flab to strong
Firm in lean
The focus is shape
Not wanting to look like an Ape
Weights in lift
No more thinking if
Mirror showing the results
Muscles felt
Training through wise
Total body experience in energize
Proven commitment
Devotion to fitness
Testimonial witness
Muscles being the highlight
A Body I can finally appreciate.
