Murdering Mouse

They murdered her without conscience, concern or caring No one knew her real name They called her mouse but no one remembers why She should not have been here! They are argued. Agreeing never to divulge what had happened Mouse’s murder was never solved But the bridge turned ugly People came with spray bottles Defiling and defacing it Maybe Mouse’s relatives. No one knew why But after her murder The bridge forever remained the place that girl was murdered And it stayed perpetually ugly like the bullies' lack of conscience, concern or caring
