Mundane

I’m mundane and you are not
You’re full of excitement
I lack the vividness you’ve got
What a misalignment
You're expressing interest
To the breaking news
While I set my mind at rest
Cause it did refuse
Eat the rubbish multiplied
To the great extent
Better be mundane than tied
To an endless end.
