Mud and Water

this village of Platonius was the only city physically lowered by the Gods into an underwater abyss. the inhabitants were given the ability to breath underwater but,if they tried to surface the flares of the sun would strike then with burnt termination. the wild disjointed mentality of these people was both taboo and unforgiving, legendary though they were. once known as the isle of EMIL a once sacred post to the mythical God Fuutre. why would a God sentence this humankind of wretches to such a plight? Harsh resolve some say. to this day if you ever stand by a body of water of any kind and you see the foam of bubbles, remember these people for they have not forgotten you.
