Much Like a Feline

Much like a feline Playful and curious Raised hair, arched spine Readily furious But it’s short lived rage Just stroke her behind Too eager to play Than be anger defined She loves you, hard But on her terms Keep clear, her guard Or go eat worms Razor sharp claws Kneading your flesh Dramatic, squalls Refuse to suppress Direct attention Immediate response Always fishing Don’t be caught A good companion For a workaholic A true love, stand in A short term frolic A fickle friend Appalled by all The breaking of wind Or a clumsy fall Much like a feline With striking eyes Beware of her kind Before your soul dies

The sassy cat analogy fits this fast passed work of art well. You have fun with this piece from start to finish and it brings a smile to my day. Emile.

Very accurate descriptions and comparison. I pictured my kitty as I read and could very well see those same traits being applied to a woman. well wrote.
