Life was so happy, Always making people laugh, They loved to hang round with him, Was the soul of the party, One day for no apparent reason, Started acting very strange, Not like his old self, One minute he was happy The next angry, Didn’t know why, He held onto grudges, Misunderstanding people, Family loved him but were frustrated, What had changed him? How could they help? People told them, To treat him with tough love, Abandon him, What they thought! How could people do this? It broke their hearts, Even to think such a thing, He was their son, And loved unconditionally, Over time life started to improve, Hard work had paid off, Love broke through, Life became his normal self. 06/11/2016 Wendy Jae
