Moving On
How do you move on?
When you’ve lost your entire universe
In the blink of an eye they’re now gone
When all that is left is painful memories
How do you continue?
When your mind starts to fill with regret
And all you can think about is those last words you never ment
When you wish you could just take it all back
How do you stop the haunting of the past?
How do you wake up every morning to live another day?
When all you want to do is tell them I love you
And everyday feels dark, cold, and grey
Knowing you can’t remove all the hate
How do I move on?
