Move Ahead

Move ahead
    Let's leave behind our troubled past,
    And stride forward with resolve,
    Seeking new paths, moving fast,
    To accomplish before we dissolve.
    In this life, we're merely cast,
    Opportunities beckon, let's heed,
    Navigating through the vast,
    Pressing forward with determined speed.
    Don't let past shadows forever last,
    Our future is where we're freed,
    Defined not by what's in the past,
    But by the seeds our future will feed.
    Regrets over yesterday's contrast,
    With success, our hearts will be fed,
    So don't dwell on the past,
    Forge ahead to where dreams are spread.
