Move
memories packed in a box
some thrown out
tossed to be the present of another
I look at the rubble
placed neatly
between headlines that lossed their appeal
pictures that fade
forgotten faces on sheets
the impact more subdued
the protector of the now
over hills and valleys
they travel
peeled away
to expose the embryo
tossed into a pile
thrown out with the others
flick the switch...look around
home.
