Mother Nature's Favorite Season
Silent stars start to shine in heat like burnished gold-
The weather is quite temperate tonight; a mild tangerine
eventide setting of the sun has brought a new lease on life.
Untrimmed cherry blossoms in the shade sway outside
the gazebo my late sister made by hand-
(and it is still my most prized possession from heaven)
Peony buds are flourishing this time of year in Michigan.
They always have the most lovely complexion-
slightly pink with shades of red hues; gleaming under the
heat at noon.
Grains of soft sand sift through my bare toes-
sweet surrender along pebbled shores with reveries flowing
into eternal cosmic grace.
(brilliantly splendid)
~Silent Stars start to shine in heat like burnished gold-
soon the soft essence of Autumn shall begin to unfold~
