Mother Earth's Arms

As I stand on top of this glorious mountain listening
   to the wind,
      the majestic melody co-exist with the lonely
          howls of the wolf in the distance.
My heartbeats steadfast within me as peace rushes
    in my body.
      The tranquil, serene scene looking over the treetops
           in the glistening sunset.
I call out to the Universe to hear my pleas for harmony
       among this earth.
How can anyone not see the beauty through my eyes
      as I see it above the starlit sky?
         How can they not hear the sorrowful cries the earth
               makes when the chaos grows with intensified force
                        around me?
I think I will slip back into Mother Earth's arms for this world just
         isn't ready yet for what I have to offer it.

I don't post much due to my lupus illness but when i get inspired i write and i take lots of photography works. I am a avid amateur photographer with my cellphone camera.
