Mother

MOTHER

People often cry

And ask when does life begin?

Does the answer lie

With clinical exactitude?

With religious dogmatism?

With legal certitude?

With political correctness, or other?

No, the simple fact is that

Life begins with the word mother

I like the way you explore this highly debated issue and offer a simple answer that could offend no one, Syd. Being Catholic, I believe the moment of conception is the start of life, but that would never occur without a mother. Love, Carolyn
