“The most precious gift God gives is the love and care of mother” – Quote by Poet Angels live in heaven, my mother used to say, in the pristine cosmic beauty they all glow as the sparkling stars in the far away milky way, but they often descend on earth, I now know. How do I know if you ask me, I’d say if I may, I’ve seen the stellar shine of my mother’s heart as bright as the celestial sheen of a star far away, its glow draped me like an armor, lest I get hurt. In turbulent times when the family was in unrest, she toiled to grow our roots in an alien land dry. To my deprived uncertain life she gave a gift, a nest, from where I spread my wings in the future sky. I flew high under the cover of her protective wings, my soaring hopes the wild wind couldn’t blow away. I live in the shadow of her lingering love, memory brings, for it’s her hands that sculpted me what I am today. She has gone to her new abode a long time ago, when in the dismal night I see the north star glisten to guide me to my final destination, I then know, she is the star with the angels shining in heaven.
