Morning's Thunderstorms

"As early morning thunderstorms"
Bring down a pouring rain
All of nature is silent~still
Snuggled in nest remain

As early morning's lightnings flash
And thunder above rolls
The covers feel comfortable
Deep within my soul

As early morning's cold rain pours
Like Morton Salt today
Your embrace consoles me my love
The Dove is here to stay

Like the dew glistening this morn
Your love sparkles and shines
"As early morning thunderstorms"
Melts this soft heart of mine

Sara; This is a beautiful poem. I love it. Right now I would welcome any kind of storms, wheather it be in the morning, or in the middle of the night. It is very dry here in Texas. In Chicago they have a big company where they make the Morton Salt, as you drive by yon the roof it has big words - When it rains it pours. Thanks for sharing.... Lucilla
