MORNING STILLNESS


reflective black pool
                when off

   the writer’s image
                   like ink

illuminating morning
         recessed stars

         her cell phone
                    asleep

Yes, the cell has become embedded into people's DNA, and they don't realize that its invasion greatly limits their 'reflection'.
