Morning Splendor

St Jones River, gently flowing,
wild geese gently ride with the breeze.
A quacking sound of excitement at the
break of dawn, gently breaks the drip
of a slow motion dew.

Soft pink sky, silhouette the golden
rays, greeting the morning splendor..
as the sun radiantly raise. An ode to
a glowing dawn, a breathtaking sight..
and I moan.

Inhaling the fresh spray of a new day,
from fragrance of wild flowers,
gracing the river bank in rainbow hues.
My soul surrender and mesmerize the
glorious natures, I muse.

The serenity of the natural landscape
is hypnotic to my sight. Ahh…
my spirit is rejoicing, at peace with
the gentle water, cascading through
the river rocks, in slow pace.

I felt alive, mellifluous sound, soothe my skin..
I begun to dance with the breeze. I captured
a blessed moment of bliss, my monotonous
day, stimulate. The serene ambience of nature,
a soul searching pleasures.
