Morning Discomfort

I wake up miserable
could it be you're not here
to put me to sleep
I need your voice
I need your comfort
If that ever leaves
I'll be like this forever
I'm afraid to leave
all that I know
because I know
I'll never get it back
I need to fight these fears
and stay in love with you
