Morning breaak

In the morning before the Dawn in dim darkness of little light seeking substance on which to feed into the kitchen I do go gathering substances from pantry there dishes and tools with which to prepare recipe used long memorized begin to prepare my morning feast milk and fiber and protein powders packet of breakfast the instant kind with together in a frothy mix altogether to make a milkshake thick altogether ‘tis not half bad and lots of nutrition to be had as so few calories to make me glad as in my age my waist grows fat and yet still now I must confess while drinking I think of many other things cakes and pies and pastries gooey rich meat pies and soups of savor yet I still seek my dimples to keep right where my six-pack does lie hidden and although most would say that I am not fat I would not agree with that so in the morning before twilight in the kitchen where I would rather bake again I make a nutritionists protein shake
