Notes About The Poem

If anyone has read most of my latest poems, you may have noticed a pattern. I tried dating several men over the summer, four rejected my genuine love, the rest were just casual encounters. But my recent heartbreak poems are because of one, who in truth is a coward of love and blocked me because I showed him poems just for he and I. My newest positive love poems, are because of someone new, but I am unsure if he wants me as much as I want him too.

More Than A Tad

This heartache has been so sad,
You once made me feel so glad,
Yet now it hurts more than a tad,
How you left me to go slowly mad.
