Are you mad, Because you act like you are. Are you in love, Because I have seen this before. An outsider looking in, I am your reason and rational thought. You have chosen to abandon me again, To pursue someone I disapprove of. The insomnia and nervous smoking, Anxious for him to acknowledge you, I can only watch this farce, Even though it frightens me to my core. I know that even one more, May kill you, I know that you are self-destructing, But why is it always like this? Looking for the love you deny yourself, In others. I cannot help you, Because you have decided that you are not worth it.
