Enlightening! Poetry can be a tool for catharsis. Get underneath your skin. Find the form and words that fit the mood. Yes, we need to know the flaws, not to depress ourselves, but to lean into the light. Hugs

Suzette prime sounds like an interesting form to try; i love the picture you’ve used here goes with the word weaving so well .I especially love “ balm for the forsaken “ i love both balm and forsaken, two words i love too! Brilliant writ as always . Pleasure reading
