Moonlit Silhouettes
*~*~*~*~*~
We danced on the silver-mooned balcony.
How perfect for our wedding anniversary!
The band music enclosed us like a seashell.
We were just silhouettes in black, dressed like swells.
Kissing, remembering the sweet call of our vows.
Your voice, soft as the sound as a leaf in a Spring tree bough.
Our hands may be wrinkled, our hair may be gray.
But how wonderful to know, our love is here to stay!
