Moonlit Dreams

Behind shuttered eyes
Visions of a mystic place
Drifting aimlessly
Somewhere out in nether space
Moonlit dreams caress my face

In his golden halls  
Hypnos sits upon his throne
Master of my mind
My dreams are not mine alone
Moonlit dreams by his hand sown

Hypnos    Greek god of sleep
