Moon Tender

moon in holey slippers
   barely forced in
      this foggy gold; coins on my face
           ~~~~
my engraved jewel —
   I pull a woman's skin
     over a little sleeping girl
           ~~~~
bed warmth fades; so turn it over —
   covered like the dark~
      side of the moon.

Mysterious and powerful. Your images are too deep to explicate.
