Clouds darkness a shroud, of which it was proud, till a gust of breeze, gave moonlight release. The moon shows her face, reflecting sun’s grace, transforming harsh light, in hues of soft white. We see the pale moon, bestowing love’s boon, as a healing balm, ushering deep calm. Moonlight heals our soul, bathed in love, now whole; melancholy shorn, we’re here now reborn. 17-July-2022 One In Five 2 Poetry Contest Sponsor: Joseph May Theme #4. “The pale moon emerged from dark clouds”

Shhh ~ a secret … moonlight white = spiritual light, our inner light, prismatically reflected in rainbow colours. That’s why our subconscious mind is attracted to the moon
