Moon Harvest

Waving ponytails
of silk
wrapped in skirts
browning green
red and yellow
sapphire teeth
play a game
at hide and peek.
Sparkling twinkles
from the sea
flew in millions
like the wind
at the fullness
of moon wink
fading with
the cricket sound
last stalks fall to the
ground
echoing farmers
harvest song
mountain splendor
at braking dawn.
