Moon Dust
Dust falls on my brain
Covering the craters of my past
The surface lays undisturbed
As I want it to be
Until I am ready to ascend
Like the Lunar Module
Blasting away the few footprints
That I have left behind
I am homeward bound
Amongst the stars
