Moon and Stars
Moon and stars so far away
I long for the day when I can
Be up there where I want to be
A spirit floating free
No more cares in the world
No more hurt from this dirt
No more time in this life
We're all I feel is strife
A longing for peace no more
Feelings like these
Just darkness and sorry
As I fall to my knees
Just get out of my head these
Damn thoughts of dread
I want peace in my life not
Love and its strife.
A pill to sleep and makes it so
Deep that maybe when I wake
A new life I can create
Unlikely this is,this life an abyss
The moon and the stars
Take away my scars.
