Monsters Defeat

...
came
them
scoundrels
defeated
by little children
growing up to be women/men
Sooner or later they knew of their future demise
but as monsters, they tried to keep prolonging, the thriving under their enemies beds.

Well done Jessica. If only the monsters could read your words. My monsters still happily reside under my bed. Fortunately they don't bother me much. They spend most of their time arguing with my wifes monsters. Love, Will
