Monopolizing
A game we were all born to play
Comes out of the closet today
It's right there next to the game of "Life"
It's "MONOPOLY" and it's mine
Find the token that lets you fit the part
Let us all line up on Start
Shove the dice around to see who is first
Then away we Go in a running spurt
When I get famous I am going to market pieces
That walk, run and roll making happy faces
And and make the time go
As steadily as the games races
And when I get to Boardwalk
I know what I am going to do
Through everything into hock
And build it all a new
There's nothing in this world like the talk
When little green houses come up wanting rent from a shoe
Thats you, owing rent, to a millionaire with something to prove
So break out the chalk
It's time we take a walk
And discuss
All the things you can do
Don't fuss
Is that violet, purple or maroon
I'll take it up for the bill anyways
Use it to build more over there by Park Place
Building a great hotel open to the human race
Now Mr. Banker isn't there something else to sell
I swear you'll my rent or go straight to Jail
