Monologue: Right To Dream

Well you know what, I have dreams too
I have things I want to achieve
I have something I want to be.

Twenty years you would think someone would
Know and appreciate all that I've done for him
Maybe even start looking at me as a person for once
But I suppose the only person you've ever loved is yourself
Well shame on me for not seeing it all these years.
I want to look back and see what I've done
See the lives I've changed
And to leave my mark here on this hell hole
Before the angels come and get me
You think living in this house,
Taking care of you was on my bucket list
Well I'm sorry to tell darling but its not!
I have much more to give
A whole life to live
And a right to dream!

This is very inspiring write dear friend...It's painful to know that the person you care the most is the most self centered one...Love matters but so do self esteem and dreams... Enjoyed....
