Monitoring Prayer List
Among varied ministry writing tasks
in prayer updates is where my soul basks.
God’s grace at work I wondrously behold
as answers to supplications are told.
The Lord constantly supplies every need
with redemption and revival indeed.
Healing for sick brethren makes heart rejoice
along fast recovery midst faith poise.
Family concerns seeking radiant hope
are secured with wisdom so as to cope.
Timely provisions show Saviour knows best
granting perfectly each urgent request.
Aware of these truths, list I check with zeal
including those “safe pregnancy” appeal.
There are names under special plea section
asking help for divine intervention.
Bound for prayer gratitude and praise time
I received note of testimonial chime.
“Thanks*; good news… please have my name deleted
my boy's now five months old; I’m delighted.”
*Colossians 1:3 We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you.
