Money

Depriving yourself of sleep,
ever busy no friends you keep.
running about, always in hurry,
life of stress, life of worry.

You spend your life earning money,
that too without enjoying, it's funny.
Insatiable mind always wants more,
it never does have an end score.

Ego says prove you are great,
and your life you devastate.
One day you become old,
where excess money no value does hold.

When you become fragile,
Your money will be squandered by agile.
You can then merely sit and ponder,
why I didn't enjoy you will surely wonder.

To survive you must verily earn,
you hoard money you merely earn.
Remember there is life beyond money,
for happiness is what we live for honey.
