Mommy
I want to write a poem about mother
Mother is a blessing from God
Everyone has a mother
They are the one who sees you first at birth
And will always be there for you
They can be hard to listen
As you will always rebel
But you know they love you
They always say the same thing over and over
Make sure you hear it
And you know what
Some of those words finally sink in to you
They always lecture
Whatever the topics
They have a point of view on it
And will tell you
They are gentle creatures
Loving
Kind
And watch over you like a hen to her chicks
Protective
And worrisome
They always make sure you have something to eat
And will cook for you
No matter what time of the day is
They take care of you
Make sure you have clothes to wear
And shoes to feet
They are like the general in the army
Making sure everything runs properly
And everything does run smoothly
With mommy there
You learn so much from them
Even though you never want to admit it
But you have become like your mom
Ahh I don’t know if I can handle it
But you know what
That is a good thing
Because mom is the best
And you want to be the best, right?
