Moma

Oh Moma, please don't leave
I had a bad dream
Don't leave me alone and scared
Scared of what I just saw there
I want you to stay
Tell me it's all gonna be okay
I need you here with me
To rock me back to sleep
Don't turn out the lights
Please don't leave my side
I'm afraid when you're not here
Won't you stay and ease my fears
Keep me warm tonight
Sing me a lullaby
You make me feel so safe
As you hold me in your sweet embrace
As you turn out the lights
You wish me a good night
I hear you say sweet dreams
As I drift off to sleep.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
