I really like pretending
Especially at night
Then I can pretend
That I lead a different life
But when I am awake
I play Elder Scrolls 5
And distraction that it brings me
Makes everything alright
I know it may sound crazy
To wish I was 2D
But if it is crazy
Crazy’s all I’ll ever be
It sounds like a fib
such a strange thing to hear
But nothing learned is learned
From the place of learning here
I don’t say that to be rude
It’s unfortunate, but true
Skyrim taught me how to survive
How to escape and to elude
It taught me how to fight
When to fight, and for who
Skyrim is the reason
I’ve outlasted many nights
Living in 2D taught me how to feel alive
