Mister Raven
mister raven, i implore
don't come knockin' at my door
always sayin' nevermore
don't come knockin' at my door
mister raven, here's the thing
flowers bloom and it is spring
you should know it's time to sing
flowers always bloom in spring
be not black and be not blue
i have found a love that's true.
mister raven, change your hue
i have found a love that's true
mister raven, little dear
one day, you will be welcome here
mister raven, don't bring fear
and you will be most welcome here
